His career includes significant managerial experience at Leadway Assurance Company Ltd., where he developed mastery in underwriting, risk assessment, claims management, and innovative client solutions. Olushola is highly skilled in high-value claims handling, salvage and asset maximization, policy wording, contractual support, and strategic procurement. Recognized for turning potential losses into revenue opportunities, he continuously advances his knowledge through professional development.
He is a member of various professional bodies including Chartered Risk Management Institute of Nigeria (CRMI), Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) and Nigeria Institute of Public Relations (NIPR).

Marvin Ibem, Esq., holds an LL.B from Benue State University and a Certificate in Management Studies from Lewisham College, London. With over 15 years of experience, he specializes in dispute resolution, contracts, human rights, gender rights, and family law. A Chartered Arbitrator and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Mediators and Conciliators, and a member of professional bodies including the Nigerian Bar Association and Forensic Investigators of Nigeria, Ibem excels in mediation, alternative dispute resolution, and strategic negotiation.
